A message dated May 9, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                  
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 81                                                                                                          
     "An Act making corrective amendments to the Alaska Statutes as                                                             
     recommended by the revisor of statutes; and providing for an
